The novel was released in 1995 and after 2 years it was adapted to the silver screen. Aside from Good Will Hunting, this is considered one of Matt Damon's ground breaking major roles.
This is one of the most touching and moving novels Grisham has made. Matt Damon plays a young lawyer who seek to represent a dying client against a disreputable Insurance Company.
The movie has been noted to have a different ending and have deleted sub plots, however overall the critics call this a major must watch for John Grisham fans!
Courtroom drama at its finest!
